Introducing our new pharmacy! Located in our 6th Street clinic next to St. Mary’s, this pharmacy is open and available to all MarillacHealth patients, regardless of which clinic location you visit.
MarillacHealth serves patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare Advantage Plans, CHP+, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, certain commercial insurances, and those who are uninsured. A Sliding Scale Discount program is available for those meeting the eligibility requirements.

Eligibility for MarillacHealth Services
It’s easier than ever to qualify for care
Eligibility for services at the MarillacHealth begins with a phone call or stop at one of our locations. If you are a Mesa County resident, call (970) 200-1600 to determine eligibility; if you live in Montrose County, call (970) 200-1674. A sliding fee discount is available to all and is based on household size and income. MarillacHealth accepts people who are uninsured as well as those who have Medicaid, Medicare Advantage Plans, and Rocky Mountain Health Plans insurance.
