Chef Chad has gone all out to create a menu evocative of the chuck wagon, but only as far as the ingredients! There is nothing austere about this 5-course meal that includes pheasant, bison, elk, and pork, perfectly paired with wines from local wineries. So, slide off your saddle and wander on over to the Wine Country Inn ballroom ready to fill your belly with the best tastes of the west! Start your spring off right! Come taste the best food and drink the Grand Valley has to offer! Thirty+ food, wine, beer, and spirits vendors are there to serve you hefty samples of their finest, while you wander, relax, and enjoy live music on the grounds – inside and out – of the Wine Country Inn.
