One-time Donation: If you’d like to make a one-time donation to our Capital Campaign fund, please fill out the form below.

Pledges: A pledge is a promise to make a future donation for a specific amount, that can be paid in a single or multiple installments. It is a way for some to commit to a larger gift because it is paid over a pre-selected period of time. If you’d like to make a pledge, fill out this Pledge Form and submit it by mail or email to our Fundraising Team. One of us will contact you to discuss your commitment and payment schedule.

Enterprise Zone Tax Credit

Cash and in-kind donations to MarillacHealth are eligible for the Colorado Enterprise Zone Credits. This means that cash donations of $50 or more may be eligible for a 25% tax credit on the donor’s Colorado State Income Tax Return, and in-kind gifts valued at $100 or above may be eligible for a 12.5% tax credit. For up-to-date details, consult your tax professional.

When you make a cash donation of $250 or more to MarillacHealth, you will automatically receive the Enterprise Zone certificate. However, if your donation is less than $250 and greater than $50, you may request a certificate from the Donor Relations Department by calling 970-200-1628. You will be asked to provide contact and tax identification information before a certificate can be filed.
